You will be acting as a brand ambassador, representing our company with courtesy & professionalism, while delivering and collecting from our customers sites across London and the Home Counties.
Who we are
First Response are a leading provider of tool hire and site supplies to the construction industry, known for delivering a reliable seamless combined tool hire, site supplies service and welding equipment service. Our main depot is located in Rainham, Essex. We are part of the HS2 supply chain.
Your multi-skilled role
- You will support your Tool Hire Manager in managing all aspects of their department and business.
- Delivering and collecting a wide variety of tools & equipment to/from our customers.
- With your learned knowledge of the products and services we offer, you will be a pivotal contact for our customers, nurturing great relationships, understanding their needs.
- Safety is at the forefront of everything we do, so you will need to adhere and be compliant to all Tool Hire processes and procedures including all Tool Hire audits and inspections.
